When you want to meet a friend outside, or when a guest arrives from outside the city, between the day, after work, you first say: "Let's go and have a drink!" Türk Çayı   - Turkish Tea

Drinking tea is a big part of our daily life culture.Turkish tea is a method of cooking and serving Turkish tea. In this method, the tea is made using a two-piece teapot. Turkey is being produced in a kind of black tea is grown in the eastern Black Sea coast. This type of tea is also called Turkish tea among the people.

Traditionally, Turkish tea is made in containers called big teapot ( çaydanlık ) and top teapot ( demlik ) that are produced for tea making. Water is poured into the large bowl (teapot) and tea in the other. A strong tea is obtained by pouring boiling water over the tea powder. If water is put too much, a light tea is obtained, and if it is put too low, a thick consistency tea is obtained. During the service, first brew and then water are added to small glass cups called tea glasses and the sugar is added last.


The tea is usually grown in Turkey borders the Black Sea and in the eastern province of Rize.

Lemonade is a delicious beverage that results from the preparation of lemon and water, and preferably with sugar. When asked what is lemonade, it can be said that lemonade is a beverage with a simple preparation prepared with lemon and water. Cold consumption is preferred in hot seasons. It gives a feeling of relief when consumed in hot weather.

Boza

what is boza?


It is one of the oldest Turkish drinks with a thick consistency and light yellow color. Very popular fermented beverage. Boza is produced from cereal flour ( generally millet ),a low alcohol content ( %1) water and sugar. It is usually drunk in the winter because it is hot. In the past 'Boza' was sold by sellers by shouting on the streets. That was very common in Turkish culture. Today, there are shops and cafes to buy boza.


Salep

It is a great winter drink. Salep, one of the indispensable tastes of winter and cool days, is one of the classic tastes of the city.In addition to being a beverage that sweetens the palates for centuries in Anatolia, salep, which is also used as a medicine, is a product used to make ice cream in the winter and ice cream in the summer. The main ingredient of the world-famous Maraş ice cream is salep and it is known that 1 gram of salebin absorbs 200 ml of water.
